A wooden Ajax ladder on such a new appliance?

Added by Richard aston on 17 April 2016.
Wood ladders are safer than metal ones around electrical lines. San Francisco Fire Department uses
wood ladders and has a shop to repair and build new ones.
There is a Youtube video under San Fancisco Fire Deparment Ladder Shop.
