Rancher atv (All Terrain Vehicle) fire engine outside Ramoche Temple and Buddhist monastery in central Lhasa, Tibet. Quite manoeuvrable given the narrow city back streets but carrying not much more than a portable pump on the back, maybe of limited use. Photo taken 3rd November 2015.
