Chile is unique among south American countries in their love affair with Renault Camiva fire appliances. They are immensely popular and very widespread.

There are a few Renaults in Poland and former French African colonies, but otherwise they only rarely show up outside France and Belgium - except for Chile!

Does anyone know why?
