If it would be of help Home Office WW2 bells do appear on E Bay from time to time. You should be able to get one for under 100 pounds but some people want silly money. I take it the "station" number on the door has some personal significance.
If you didn't already know GLC was issued in late 1941, your ATV probably dates from Nov or Dec 1941.
