July 2014 Dagenham FS East London. This station is about to be demolished and rebuilt on same site as part of London PFI project. One of the last Volvo reserve DPL used by LIFE project, the London FB programme to help vulnerable young people at risk of offending (esp fire raising) become involved in something positive. Dagenham is close to a fairly deprived public housing estate the Becontree, the largest in Western Europe. It has over 25,000 homes.
