This is a 62m Metz ladder on a Mercedes Actros chassis. The truck is a demonstrator seen in Leonding/Austria in June 2014.
It's said to be currently the highest turntable ladder on the market.

This specific vehicle is a demonstrator and not made for a specific country. A slightly smaller one (56 meters) was sold to Kenia AFAIK.
