What is the difference between a rescue pump and a Extended pump ladder

Kent doesn't run Rescue Pumps. The Pumps are at retained stations and carry fire-fighting gear including Light Portable Pump, selection of delivery hose, 4 B.A.sets, 2 Hose Reels, First-Aid kit & Defib, 10m ladder, roof ladder, Rescue chocks & Blocks, Chiminey fire-fighting kit, Beaters and Fire Extingushers.
Pump Ladder (PL) carries all the above except 10m ladder as it has a 13.5m ladder and a 7m ladder.
Extended Pump Ladder, (EPL), all the above plus Hydraulic Ram & cutters (Jaws of Life), water rescue suits for water first responding, Thermal Imaging camara.
Rescue Pump Ladder (RPL) carries all the above plus Dedicated cutting equipment, spreaders rams & air bags, Positive Pressure Ventilation fan and Grindex pump.
Rescue Pump Platform (RPP) all the above except for the 13.5m ladder instead it carries a dedicated Rescue Platform for gaining access to HGV cabs.
