1958 Commer Karrier with bodywork by Carmichaels that served with Bedfordshire Fire Service and was stationed at Hungerford. Now at its new home in Cheshire.
Steve, PRX 60 was purchased by the then Berkshire & Reading Fire Brigade and allocated to Stn.5 Hungerford , where it spent most of its operational service. Nice to see the old County and Borough crest on the door, by the way the blue "Acorn" type beacons were mounted just above the windscreen to facilate entry into the old station.
