Marcel, is there any thing in the 05-5271 number that says it is a RESCUE?

Yes it does Les.
The 7 in the call sign indicates this is a Rescue.
Expalnation of the call sign system:

First 2 digits : Region, in this case 05 Region Twente.
3rd digit : District
4th digit : Fire station
5th digit : Type of vehicle
0 = Duty cars and vans
1 = Boats and Water Rescue
2 = Hazmat
3 = Pumps
4 = Pump 4WD
5 = Aerial unit
6 = Special pump (Foam tenders, Water tankers etc)
7 = Rescue
8 = Other units, like Prime movers
9 = Officers / Staff

6th digit : Number of units at the fire station. So 32 means this will be the second pump at the station.
