This was taken at Hawkes bay airport about 15 years ago in New Zealand and I think this is the same truck as picture 18889 now in Australia.

Peter, apart from the obvious position of the rotating beacons, picture 18889 has a water outlet under the number plate.

This appliance was new to the US Navy, imported used into NZ & served Palmerston North & Napier airports. It was sold overseas & I note it as being at Orchard Hills & lastly at Wagga Wagga.
