Does anyone have other pictures of this F8 that they could post? Any idea what the registration number was?

Petros, would be very interested to see any other pictures of appliances within Worcestershire that you have, around the 1970's. Great Pic of the F8.

Matt, I believe there were only two Dennis F8 appliances running with WCCFB, on the run up until 1977/79. Registrations- JFK670, and PFK272. I also believe that JFK up until 2004, was lying derelict at Samsung Telford. Hope this helps!

Hi Andy, haven't heard from you in a while. Can you take a look at picture 18263, I reckon this could be JFK670 that you last heard of derelict in Telford?
Also do you think the machine in picture 10587 is PFK272? It's listed as NVJ272

Hello Matt, so sorry about the delay in responding. I think the Telford picture could well be JFK670, but I am unsure about the other pic. PFK272 is the correct registration for this appliance, and it does seem too coincidental for it not to be!

The appliance in picture 10587 is NVJ 272 ex Hereford

Interesting that there has been no rescue pump based at stn24 since the start of the four day strike. No RDS pump on station at 9am Sunday either
