This Chevrolet is shown in the new livery for vehicles not actually used in firefighting such as pumpers and ladder trucks. It is the vehicle used by the District Chief for District 5 hence the designation C50.

It replaces the Ford shown in picture 32217.

The licence plates on this vehicle are a French-language alternate truck plate.

Hello, Jim. Just wondering, does Ottawa Fire Department run EMS?
Thanks

No, the Fire Service and the Paramedic Service are separate and independent organizations in Ottawa. They and the Police Service come under the general umbrella of Emergency and Protective Services.
