Labelled for SFRS but ordered by LBFRS

This was ordered by L&B to replace the Scania 06 driver training vehicle which has concrete weights in the rear to replicate the weight of an appliance. Concrete weights are no longer allowed to be used to weigh an appliance down, - hence this vehicle being ordered to replace a 7 yr old vehicle. This change in law will cause quite a few DTV`s to have to be replaced by a vehicle with a water tank instead of concrete ballast weights.
