This appliance look more like a Command Unit&Rescue Tender. Maybe this is the station major ambulance. Anywhere do you have the photos of other Batam Airport appliances?

They have two ambulances at Batam Airport, a small Toyota and this one in case of major incidents. Yes I will scan the other airport photos soon
