Twin roof monitors or deck guns were a feature of HKFS pumpers, but these were only to be found on handful of British appliances.
They are universal in the USA, very common elsewhere in the Americas, but rather unusual in most European countries, except of course on brush trucks, water tankers and airfield crash trucks...
I recently spotted a unique application on a Turkish aerial platform. No monitor in the basket, but one on the roof of the truck's rear body!
