Matt, I'm just interested to know what was it you meant my saying "non-military"? Also, I did not know that it was the largest non-military fire service in the world. I thought the Tokyo Fire Department was the largest fire service in the world? I would be very grateful for more info on this! Thanks, from Tiger.
