Western Australia Volunteer Emergency Service, York 4 x 4 , holds 4000ltrs , Im not really up on it but there are several emergency services divisions and its a bit rare to have a Volunteer Emergency Service operate this type of vehicle , normally it would be operated by a Volunteer Bush Fire Service (thats my understanding anyways)

I think it may be just that , my understanding is that its usually the SES and then there is the Bush Fire Service , happy to be corrected.

Seems to be the fire service for Western Australia, with both paid and volunteer firemen, serving the whola of WA as the main fire service
