Was this photo taken at Woodlands FS(Station1-1)? I have seen it in a S'pore Malay TV series tittled "Cemas". In that series the callsign FC4 has been added next to the doors.

Yes, it's Woodlands fire station. It used to be station 11 (callsign 1-1) but now it's station 43 as in 4th division 3rd station.
