Seen here for july 14th 2012 military parade this very special vehicle is used both as standard-bearer's personal vehicle and as chief of staff of the Paris fire brigade. Notice the two small stars at the front of the vehicle recalling the presence on board of the General. It's built by Acmat in France.

Not surprising that the Brigade would use a military vehicle for this application, as they are of course a brigade of the French Army.

But both the BSMM and many civilian SDIS also use them, principally as light CCFF brush units.
