This is one of BSPP's increasing number of roll-on/roll-off special purpose containers on multi purpose carrier chassis.
These are being adopted as older single-purpose special units are being pensioned off, although a large number of smaller specials continue to be deployed, because these units are often too big to be brought in to some of the older districts of the city.
Although full-size, they are still a lot smaller than many of the tandem axle carriers in daily use in other places.
