Are fire dept. emergency vehicles in Spain allowed to use Blue flashing lights? I know that most firetrucks and rescue vehicles in Spain use orange/amber flashing lights only and thought that the use of Blue flashing lights was restricted to law enforcement vehicles. I also understand that Spanish Civil Defense vehicles often use Red flashing lights. If there is anyone out there who lives in Spain perhaps you could explain what the regulations are over there.
