During the Farnborough International Airshow, photographic restrictions were lifted at the normally secretive Royal Aircraft Establishment at Farnborough. A Ministry of Defence (Procurement Executive) Carmichael RIV is seen parked while the crew went for lunch during the September 1986 Show.
