Hi Bayu what an excellent photograph. Carmichael supplied a number of these Cobra 2 chassis to Zeigler Indonesia and it is interesting to see the finished crash trucks. Previously Zeigler Indonesia built two Komodo 6x6 crash trucks for Indonesia on Reynolds Boughton chassis. Do you have a front three quarter shot of the Mactan-Cebu truck to share?

Perhaps of interest I can confirm that in 2000 Reynolds Boughton supplied 2 x Aqarius 6x6 chassis to Zeigler Indonesia. These Komodo crash tenders are now operational at Bahli and Menado Airports in Indonesia - part of the Angkaska Pura 1 operation. Carmichael have also supplied 5 x Cobra C2 chassis to Zeigler Indonesia. A 4x4 chassis has been bodied as a Komodo for Brunei and fitted with a HRET Snozzle. Where are the others?

Do you have a photo of Mactan-Cebu International Airport's OSHKOSH firetruck?

Is it true that the Ziegler Komodo 6 Crashtender bought by the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (PHilippines) from Ziegler Indonesia is not a brand new unit as alleged by a loosing supplier of airport firetrucks? It is alleged that the Ziegler Komodo bought by the MCIAA was previously owned by an Indonesian Airport.

I have wonderful memories on this truck way back 2007-08 I think, and it opens up my mind the importance of training, Drive defensively, and know your truck, It is a great opportunity to drive and gain experience of this bad boy, missing you Komodo F-06 (MCIAA).
