Based on a used 1995 Nissan Condor cab/chassis imported from Japan, this rural fire tanker was built by the Christchurch City Council engineering workshops & operated by the council at its Bottle Lake Forest Rural Fire Depot. In late 2011 the vehicle was withdrawn following engineering issues & is awaiting disposal. (photo taken 2009).
