Registered in 1992, this Mitsubishi FV225 was originally a logging truck. It was converted by the Selwyn Plantation Board into a rural fire tanker to protect its forestry assets near Darfield & utilised the 9,000 litre water tank from one of their old RL Bedford tankers (see picture 30243).
