Another very unusual looking rural fire tanker, this is a 1993 Mitsubishi FT415 that was imported into NZ as a used vehicle. It was converted by the Ashburton District Council into a rural fire tanker based at the Rakaia Volunteer Brigade and utilises the 7200 water tank from the brigades previous Isuzu tanker (see photo 30712) along with a Climax pump. (photo taken 2010).
