New Zealand Iveco FRF759This 2010 Iveco ML160E28 was the result of a trial by the NZ Fire Service to come up with new water tankers - the Fire Service owns very few water tankers, instead relying on local authorities to provide vehicles. This example carries 6200 litres & was built by Tanker Engineering Limited. Allocated to the Onetangi Volunteer Brigade it was temporarily allocated to Christchurch following the earthquakes & loss of reticulated water in many areas. It has now returned to Onetangi.
