This 1984 Isuzu JCR was built by SICON for the Selwyn District Council & was based with the Southbridge Volunteer Brigade. Following disposal it was sold to a local speedway to provide dust suppression duties but was extensively used following the Canterbury earthquakes where it provided drinking water for many residents as part of a shuttle tanker service.
