this vehicule is from ICN (wildlife guards). Its a first response against forestfires. On bumpers, has in blue EP. It means property of government (ESTADO PORTUGUES. There are more vehicules like this in yellow: PrivateAssociations of Forest LandLords. National Guard (Gerdarmerie) has many in blue&green for the same task.
