Looks to be an Iveco with a Magirus ladder, any further than that I can't help.

And the only bit I can add is that the bodywork is by Belgian company Fire Technics NV who I guess are Magirus agents/distributors for that country.

They also do a variety of different firefighting vehicles which can be found all over Belgium including ALP's and Water Carriers.

It s a complete Iveco Magirus build dlk 23/12 cc delivered by their Belgium partner Fire Technics.
These ladders are bought through an investmentprogram of the interior minister.
Current model is build on a Volvo chassis with Magirus bodywork en the M 32 articulated ladder.
