First registered in 1973 this 1820 model International was bodied by Chapman & served in the Nelson area. Remarkably in 2011 this appliance is still in service with the Mayfield rural fire party.

In mid 2012 this appliance has finally been removed from service and replaced with a more recent Hino appliance. It is rumoured that this may be transferred to the Plains Museum near Ashburton.
