Photographed during a chemical incident exercise at Tunstall fire Station in February 1991 the Volvo Fulton Wylie ET was, at the time stationed at South Shields, and the GMC/Locomotors RIV with trailer was based at Sunderland Central. I think the trailer carried the decontamination equipment.
