I've been trying to work out which pump this is for ages.... It's definitely a Jaguar powered d series which pre dates 1976. I don't have a list of fleet numbers sadly.

Ther fleet number on the side looks like either 074 or 076. This makes it either HPT 779N or HPT 781N

In which case that would make it HPT 779N Ian. It looks to my eyes to be 074.

Its one of the last 3 Jaguar powered and original fronted Dennis D series, as the next batch (MPT 740P-743P) were of the rolls royce powered with new style front.
