F843 JBB was duly sold to Essex FB who put it on the run, and the crews thought it to be the best thing since sliced bread !

Does anybody know if this vehicle is still in service ?

I think theres a pic of it somewhere on this site in use with its third owner, a Recovery firm as an air cusion rescue unit. It was distinguished by having orange beacons.

Just to put everyone in the picture the vehicle was purchased from Tyne & Wear by my company Bells & Two Tones Ltd and used for a very short time for Film & TV work. Essex (the 3rd owner)purchased it from us to replace newer ETs that had been written off in the Brigade, it was put on the run at Colchester and was the only Volvo in the fleet.
Bells & Two Tones kept their other ET, F450 DAG ex Humberside in service until it was sold this year.
Unfortunately I don't know where F843 is now. It was a very nice vehicle but didn't fit as well as F450 in our requirements.
