Hi Mitko!I can see that they has adopted the russian way of painting the vehicles.White front doors, white wheelarches, white frontbumper, and the 2 white stripes at front!

The Romanian Dacia was a locally built version of the old Renault 12 saloon. This history probably explains why Renault fire trucks are now to be found in Romania - but not very often in other European countries except France, with the possible exception of a few in Poland too...
