A German truck with a paint job still redolent of Bulgaria's previous status as a satellite of the former Soviet Union. The horizontal white stripe was also the fashion in the Netherlands, Finland, Singapore and the GDR in past times, while white front doors still are a feature of fire appliances in Spain.
But the two vertical front stripes are pure Soviet, and survive in Russia and many former CCCP states to this day. Of course the white bumpers and mudguards are nowadays typically German - although more often black on many Unimogs, which can get a lot of off road use.
