The 57 is Papworth/Plastisol, Plastisol make the plastic shells and TVAC and Papworth just finished them off e.g. added the lighting fitted out the lockers etc

Are these full tilt cab or split tilt cab designs?

Thanks, Sean. I have seem Ategos with both types, and a lot of the German bodied ones nowadays use the standard tilt cab wedded to a fixed crew cab, which seems to be becoming more and more popular.

I think London is one of very few European fire services to specify crew cabs on heavy rescues, with a few exceptions such as one in Berlin and in Copenhagen.

Of course, rescues with crew cabs are still close to being universal here in the US, and are often manned by dedicated and specially-trained rescue company firefighters, particularly in large cities. Chicago, where I live, has six.
