Old and New water carrier Kempton Fire station

Seen at Kempston fire station's open day on Sep 11th 2011 is their old and new water carriers . The older truck is a Volvo FL7 with bodywork by Saxon Sanbec an entered service in 1992 , the new truck is a Volvo ( FL220 i think ) with bodywork by Browns of Northern Ireland . When this photo was taken the new truck was still waiting to be made operational .
