Old Seagrave ladder Fairbanks

This old 032 Seagrave ladder was parked at a yard near the Fairbank International airport (Alaska). Not sure where it was in service. Can anyone help me there ?

This is an old Fairbanks Fire Dept ladder. The yellow rig behind it looks like one of the old Fairbanks FD tankers, they had two identical yellow ones.
