The chassis is Ford, probably E-350.

This is a Ford E350 Ambulance pretending to be in Philadelphia but really in Glasgow.
Does Glasgow really look like Philadelphia???.

This was up for sale by USA Cop-Cars Ltd, apparantly it's an ex Los Angeles Fire Dept Ambulance done up to look like a Philly one, hence the Blue lights on the side repeters, Philly use red/white. And apparently parts of Downton Phillidelphia Do look like Glasgow!

The reason was that Brad Pitt's new film was World War Z. The shooting of the film was at Glasgow
