Very strange-looking Mack B - RHD chassis with British-looking body and escape ladder. I'm guessing it was built in the 50s -- can someone from Australia confirm?

Mike, possibly one of six Lend Lease cowl and chassis left hand drive Macks arriving in Australia from the USA in April 1942. The body was built in Australia.

Pav, I don't think it could have been lend-lease. It's definitely a Mack B cowl-chassis; the B model was produced between 1953 and 1966 (see the wikipedia page for Mack B).
