Fire Engines Photos

Hmmm -- looks like that truck is from the 70s and came secondhand from Plantersville VFD in the US. I found at least 3 towns by that name, in Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi. Anyone know more about it?

I'm a New Yorker living in the small town of Los Cardales. The town received the fire engine (1977) in October 2010 as a gift from the 911 Foundation formed by New York's fire fighters.

The $10, 000 needed for paperwork and transport was raised by the townspeople thru bake sales and raffles. The town is extremely proud of their fire truck and its noble history.
