This BMW Motorcycle (LD09UVT) and as far as I am aware is being used by the Bedfordshire & Luton Casualty Reduction Partnership which comprises of the Fire Service, Police, Bedford, Luton and Central Bedfordshire Councils, Highways Agency, etc., for safety awareness for motorcycle users.
