this truck look like an Oshkosh. However its cab looks like an E-One Titan ARFFV. So this is an E-One.

Per article in July-August 2012 Fire Apparatus Journal, this is a 2005 E-One Titan HPR. The unit has a 2000gpm pump, 3200 gal water, 400 gal foam, and 700 lbs of dry chemical. It currently runs as the "RIV" with three Oshkosh Stryker 4500s.
