Gents, my information is that this was used for Cliff Rescues and to tow an Inshore Rescue Boat.

Yes you could be right Tony, this is the cliff rescue unit(CRU).Also at that time the brigade also used a 1985 Landrover 110(ATV)with the registration J13924(Brigade No#24)for sea rescue and this also towed the inshore rescue boats.
