Thats a very long / tall Land Rover - I wonder how well it corners? Bet it's an interesting drive!!

This is an ex Dorset appliance, probably HCB Angus bodywork. Its sister is at picture 9102. Similar 6x6s operated n Leicestershire and Hereford and Worcester.

The Hereford and Worcester appliance is at picture 8084. It was Carmichael bodied, as was the Leicester L6P.

HCB ANGUS its is !! I live in Dorset I own a ex Dorset Appliance Dodge 50 foam tender that was stationed at B18 Poole . This L6P was last stationed at Blandford and was seen most year doing fire cover at The Great Dorset Fair later to pass down to the Fire Cadets . Do you know who owns this L6P now ?

All I can say after driving this when in service was with the V8 under the bonnet it went well across fields but was an absolute pig at speed on the road. It felt like a rough swell on the cross channel ferry!.
