This was the last appliance purchased by Bury County Borough Fire Brigade, Passed to GMC in 1974, sold out of service in 1982.

Ten years on the line was actually quite a long time for one of these PHPs. Many were sold off in only a few years, after brigades which originally bought them realized that the 50 foot (15 meter) booms were actually very rarely useful in practice.
