This is a foam laying device custom made for Lebanons airport trucks they ordered from us (Rosenbauer Panther). One of the customers gave it the name Assinator, standing for: Agent Spreading System Improving Nonstandard Aircraft Touchdowns On Runways. (I know, its a stretch!) but the name has stuck, at least as an internal joke. The truck has a rear discharge set up that allows foam to be spread over the runway before a hazardous landing.
