The ladder does seem to overhang the back by quite a distance!

It looks as if the recycled aluminium dustbins used for the cab B pillar and doors came from a different source than the ones used for the rear body and locker covers. A nice coat of shiny red paint would have solved the problem.

Sadly I have to agree about the alluminium cladding. Grimsby started this policy in the mid fifties when it ruined the appearance of their Dennis F8 by recladding it in aluminium
