Fire Engines Photos

This resembles the 1957 Magirus Deutz FLF 25 V, M, and S built for the Carrasco International Airport in Montevideo, Uruguay. The FLF 25 S resembles this truck a lot except for the fact that it was a S-7500, not a Jupiter. The other two airport trucks ordered were pumpers, one on a S-3500, the other on a bigger S-7500. Personally, I like the older style Magirus Deutz S-series more than the boxy Planets series.

This truck is since about 10 years property of a Private owner who shows his Engine on several Oldtimer and Fire brigade Meetings. His brother from the Frankfurt time, with double Cab, is also still existing and also in Private Hands.
